Shipping Destinations
We ship to all EU countries.
The cost of shipping varies by country, item and delivery provider. Most items are shipped from Austria.
- Zone AT: cheapest
- Zone EU 1 (Germany, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Czech Republic): low shipping costs
- Zone EU 2 (France, Monaco, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Italy): moderate shipping costs
- Zone EU 3 (the rest of EU countries): high shipping costs
The actual shipping costs are shown during the checkout.
Value-added Tax (VAT)
When the customer is a natural person or does not provide a valid VAT number, VAT shall be charged on the item and shipping costs.

Shipping method can be chosen by the customer. We use the following shipping providers:
- Post AT (all countries)
- DPD (most EU countries)
